These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our sticker pack available through the App Store. By downloading or using WORLDY Stickers, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the stickers.

1. Use of Stickers
 

WORLDY Stickers are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may send and share them in your private messages, but you may not copy, resell, or distribute them outside the platforms where they are provided.

2. Intellectual Property
 

All rights in the WORLDY brand, designs, and stickers belong to M.A.D Mobile Apps Developers Limited. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

3. Purchases
 

If the sticker pack is paid, purchases are processed through the App Store and subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The stickers are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, WORLDY’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the sticker pack.

 

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published here, and continued use means acceptance of the new Terms.
