Welcome to LE CLUB. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use LE CLUB.
• By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use complies with local laws.
2. User Content
• You are solely responsible for the content (photos, messages, information, etc.) you share on LE CLUB.
• You must not post content that is illegal, pornographic, discriminatory, violent, threatening, abusive, misleading, or otherwise harmful.
• You must not post content that you do not own or do not have permission to share.
• LE CLUB may remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
3. Privacy and Data
• Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
• By using the Service, you consent to our processing of your data in line with this Policy.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• use the Service for commercial, advertising, or spamming purposes;
• share personal or financial information in your profile;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service;
• engage in or promote sugar dating, compensated dating, prostitution, escort services, or any other form of paid relationships.
5. Paid Services
• LE CLUB may offer premium features available via the App Store or Google Play.
• Purchases and subscriptions are personal, non-transferable, and subject to the policies of the relevant store.
• Refunds are handled according to App Store or Google Play rules.
6. Security
• Keep your account details and password confidential. You are responsible for any activity under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Support and change your password immediately.
• LE CLUB does not guarantee uninterrupted service but strives to maintain a safe community.
7. Account Suspension and Deletion
• We may suspend or delete your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules (App Store, Google Play)
• Violations include, but are not limited to:
◦ offensive or abusive behavior towards other users;
◦ posting false or misleading information;
◦ publishing prohibited content;
◦ fraud or misuse of the Service;
◦ engagement in sugar dating, compensated dating, or prostitution.
• No refunds are provided in case of account deletion.
• You may delete your account at any time in the app settings.
8. Community Guidelines
To keep LE CLUB safe, respectful, and enjoyable, all users must follow these Community Guidelines:
• Respect others: Be polite and treat all users with respect, regardless of their background, gender, or orientation.
• Be honest: Do not create fake profiles, impersonate others, or provide false information.
• Stay safe: Do not share personal or financial information (addresses, phone numbers, payment details) in your profile.
• No harmful behavior: Bullying, harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, and offensive language are strictly prohibited.
• No sexual exploitation: Sugar dating, compensated dating, prostitution, escort services, or any form of paid relationships are forbidden.
• No spam or advertising: Do not use LE CLUB to promote products, services, or external websites.
• Report issues: If you see suspicious or harmful activity, please report it through the in-app Support tools.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights in the LE CLUB brand, design, text, graphics, and functionality belong to the M.A.D Mobile Apps Developers Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
10. Offline Meetings
LE CLUB does not control or verify users’ offline behavior. If you choose to meet another user in person, you do so at your own risk. Please exercise caution and follow safety guidelines.
11. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, services, or policies.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
• The Service is provided “as is.”
• LE CLUB is not responsible for user conduct or user content.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, LE CLUB’s liability is limited to USD 20.
13. Changes
• We may update these Terms. The updated date will be shown above.
• Your continued use of LE CLUB after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
